Experthome Cleaners LLC is a Sacramento-based residential cleaning company founded and run by Yury Kamarchuk. The founders came to the Sacramento area from Europe with a settled idea of what a cleaning service should be. ### Simple on purpose The model is intentionally simple: a small crew sized to the home, a **room-by-room checklist**, and a starting price you see before anything is booked. The exact quote is confirmed once we have seen the home. ### What you can hold us to - Every cleaner is background-checked before a first solo visit and trained in person by the founder. - If something is missed, you have 24 hours to tell us and we return to fix it at no charge. - Each [service page](https://experthomecleaners.com/services) publishes what the service does and does not include. The exact quote is confirmed once we have seen the home. 4. ### A walk-through every time Every job ends with a room-by-room walk-through against the checklist. ![Two Expert Home cleaners in branded t-shirts standing with a client at a kitchen island in a renovated home](https://experthomecleaners.com/storage/_w/1200/sites/1/family/team-trio-kitchen.jpg.webp?v=1791959920 "The Expert Home team with a happy client") On paper ## Licensed, insured, checkable. We arrive stocked. All you provide is working power and water. - ### HEPA vacuums Fine dust is captured instead of recirculated, which matters for Valley air that never quite sits still. - ### Softened water Windows are washed with filtered, softened water from the ground, and solar panels with brushes — never pressure or chemicals. - ### Gentle on shingles Moss is lifted off mechanically and lichen is treated at the root. A pressure washer never touches your roof. - ### Our own pressure rig The high-pressure unit rides in with the crew, hooks up to your outdoor tap and gets primed right there. Cold water is fine. On the job ## Our crews, mid-clean. - ![Two cleaners working through an open-plan kitchen and living room, supply caddies on the floor](https://experthomecleaners.com/storage/_w/1200/sites/1/hero/hero-1-kitchen-wide.jpg.webp?v=1791959920) Two cleaners, one open-plan kitchen - ![Two cleaners wiping down a kitchen counter together](https://experthomecleaners.com/storage/_w/800/sites/1/family/team-duo-counter.jpg.webp?v=1791959920)Counters, no streaks - ![Two cleaners cleaning a primary bathroom vanity, one visible in the mirror](https://experthomecleaners.com/storage/_w/800/sites/1/family/team-duo-mirror.jpg.webp?v=1791959920)Bathroom vanity - ![Cleaner straightening pillows and making up the bed in a carpeted bedroom](https://experthomecleaners.com/storage/_w/800/sites/1/hero/hero-3-bedroom-bed.jpg.webp?v=1791959920)Beds made - ![Cleaner on a step ladder wiping the top of floor-to-ceiling glass doors](https://experthomecleaners.com/storage/_w/800/sites/1/hero/hero-2-glass-door-ladder.jpg.webp?v=1791959920)Even the tops of the doors Kind words ## Neighbors who'd book us tomorrow.
