El Dorado Hills sends us two different kinds of site. Ground-up construction is concentrated in the newer planned sections like Malby Crossing. Those homes are closer-set and fairly uniform, so the hours are straightforward to estimate from the size of the house and how heavy the dust is. In Crescent Ridge Village and Winterhaven Village, the work is more often a custom-home build or a renovation on a larger, established lot. Bigger homes over several levels mean more surfaces, more glass with protective film and more floor for the second pass. Where a job leaves debris behind, we haul it away if the site needs it. Those two things set the number of hours. 2. ### Full first clean The full clean comes first: dust off every surface, films and stickers off, glass done. 3. ### Floors on day one Floors are cleaned as part of that first pass. 4. ### Second floor pass A day later we come back over the floors, because dust that was still in the air on day one has landed by then. 5. ### Debris hauled Debris is hauled away if the site needs it. Safety & limits ## Safe products, vetted people. - ### Gentle products pH-neutral, EPA Safer Choice products by default, matched to each surface. - ### Background-checked Every cleaner passes a background check before their first solo visit. - ### $1M insured General liability, per occurrence.
