Carpet, upholstery and mattresses are cleaned with our own equipment, priced by size and soiling.

Across Sacramento the job looks different by neighborhood. Downtown and Midtown condos are smaller units, and a lot of carpet jobs there land right at the $220 minimum, since hooking up to water and power takes the same time whether it's one room or four. High-rise units also need the building's entry arrangements in place before the crew can bring the equipment up.

Land Park and East Sacramento homes lean toward original hardwood rather than carpet, so upholstery, area rugs and mattresses are often the bigger part of a job there. Newer construction in Natomas and the ranch homes around Arden-Arcade have more wall-to-wall carpet, and that's where the city's larger jobs come from.

Homes east of Watt Avenue are served on the Arden-Arcade routes, with no travel surcharge inside city limits.

Usually you pay the $220 minimum. Bringing the equipment in and connecting it to water and power takes about the same time whether it's one room or several, so small units tend to land right there.

Our older Land Park home is mostly hardwood. Is this service still worth booking?

Yes, if you have upholstery, area rugs or mattresses. The service covers all of those, priced the same way by size and soiling.

Can you bring the equipment into a downtown high-rise?

Yes, once the building allows it. You arrange the entry paperwork and freight elevator booking, and the crew brings the equipment up within the building's rules.
