Clogged gutters send water where it should never go: behind siding, into fascia boards, and around the foundation. We clear leaves and debris by hand, flush downspouts to confirm they are actually draining, and flag any loose brackets or damage we spot along the way.

A twice-yearly cleaning (spring and fall) is enough for most homes; more if you are under heavy tree cover.
