Terms of Service

Published prices are starting prices: the exact quote is confirmed once we see the home or discuss its condition. If the condition or size of the home differs materially from what was described, we tell you before starting and agree on the price — the crew never changes the price on its own.

For cleaning visits, a booking deposit of $55 per cleaner — your crew's first working hour — reserves your date and is applied to your total.

You can reschedule or cancel any visit free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice — a call or a text is enough.

A cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice leaves the crew booked for your home without work for that day, and the slot can rarely be refilled on short notice. Because of that:

• For a first visit, the booking deposit — your crew's first working hour — is non-refundable.
• For recurring clients, a late-cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled visit price applies.

If we ever need to cancel or move a visit on our side, you will hear from us as early as possible, and any deposit is refunded in full or applied to the rescheduled visit — your choice.

If you are not satisfied with any part of a completed visit, report it within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas free of charge. This re-clean commitment is our remedy for quality complaints.

Our crews are covered by general liability insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence). Any damage claim must be reported within 48 hours of the visit so we can document and resolve it.
