Does the home have to be empty?
Empty or at least boxed. We clean inside cabinets, closets and appliances — surfaces we physically cannot reach in a furnished, unpacked home. Utilities must still be on.
Is inside the oven and fridge really included?
Yes. In move cleaning they are the point, not an add-on: they are the two items landlords and buyers check first.
Do you guarantee my deposit back?
No one can honestly guarantee a deposit — it also depends on damage and paint. What we do is clean against the same kind of checklist property managers inspect with, and fix anything they flag on cleaning within 24 hours, free.
