Move-in clean of a Fiddyment Farm new build

A brand-new West Roseville home still carried builder dust in vents, tracks and cabinets a week before move-in.

Property type: 4-bed, 3-bath two-story, 2,400 sq ft

The challenge

New construction looks clean but is not: window tracks, closet shelving and HVAC registers were coated in fine builder dust, and stickers and adhesive residue remained on glass and fixtures.

What we did

The crew seven hours on site: full top-down house cleaning, vent covers and window tracks detailed by hand, adhesive residue removed from glass and sanitary ware, all cabinet and drawer interiors wiped before the owners loaded them.

The result

The owners moved in on schedule and switched to a bi-weekly house cleaning plan after the first visit.
