Carpet and upholstery cleaning covers the soft surfaces a regular house clean only vacuums: carpets, wall-to-wall carpet, upholstered sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and mattresses. Our deep cleaning service lists carpet shampooing and upholstery extraction as outside its scope, and this is the service that picks them up.

We bring our own extraction equipment. What we need from the house is water and power, both of them, because the machine does not run on one without the other. If either is off at the property, tell us when you ask for an estimate. It is the one thing most likely to stop a booked visit from going ahead.

The price follows two things: the size of the carpet or piece and how soiled it is. There is no flat per-room rate. Heavier soiling takes longer, and that time is what costs more. Upholstery and mattresses are priced the same way as carpet, and the same water and power requirement applies to them.

Every visit has a $220 minimum. Carrying the machine in and connecting it to your water and power takes the same time for one room as for four, so a single small carpet rarely justifies a trip by itself. If a sofa or a second room could use it too, that is the time to add it.

What it doesn't cover: rugs we have not seen, where the material may rule out our method. Ask before booking and describe the rug in your message, so the answer comes before the visit rather than during it.

How we do Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.

  1. Request an estimate

    Send the estimate form and describe the size of the carpet or piece and how soiled it is in your message. A person replies with a starting price, since those two things set it.

  2. Confirm water and power

    Check that the property has both running water and power available. The equipment needs both to run.

  3. We bring the equipment

    The crew arrives with its own cleaning equipment, so there is nothing for you to rent or prepare.

  4. Hook up on site

    We connect the machine to your water and power. The hookup takes the same time for one room as for four.

  5. Clean each piece

    The carpet or piece is cleaned. Heavier soiling takes longer, which is why it costs more.

Can you clean any rug?

Not always. Some rug materials rule out our method, so if we have not seen the rug, ask before booking and describe it in your message. It is better to find that out before the visit than halfway through it.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. We bring our own carpet cleaning equipment to the home, so there is nothing for you to rent or pick up. The only things the house supplies are running water and power for the machine.

Is carpet shampooing part of a deep clean?

No. Our deep cleaning service lists carpet shampooing and upholstery extraction as outside its scope. Book carpet and upholstery cleaning for that work, either on its own or alongside a deep clean of the rest of the home.

How do I get a price for carpet cleaning?

Send the estimate form with your name, phone, service and city, and describe the carpet or furniture in the message: its size and how soiled it is. A person reads it and replies with a starting price.
