Cleaned after close.

Commercial cleaning serves a different client from a house call. The person booking is usually an office manager or a business owner, and the schedule runs around business hours. We take offices, retail stores and gyms, and we work evenings after close. When a job needs to start later, anything scheduled after 11pm is billed at a 1.5x rate.

A standard visit covers the work that keeps a space presentable from one day to the next: furniture wiped down, floors mopped, vacuuming and dusting. Supplies and trash bags are ours. If you would rather we use your own products, we are glad to.

Pricing comes in two stages. The first visit is billed by the hour, because the real scope of a space only shows once we have worked it. After that, the job moves to a fixed contract price for the schedule we agree on. We would rather see the space working than name a flat number on a guess. The minimum job is $200, and that and the after-11pm rate are worth knowing before the first invoice arrives.

Medical offices are treated as a standard cleaning. If the practice needs a specific product, you can supply it or tell us what to buy and use; anything beyond that is a separate conversation.

Before a crew is ever sent out, a manager calls to go over the details of the space, so nobody arrives without knowing what they are walking into.

Some work sits outside a standard visit and is booked as its own service: pressure washing for the exterior, carpet and upholstery cleaning for extraction, and window cleaning for the glass.

  1. Manager calls first

    A manager calls before a crew is sent out to go over the space, so nobody shows up without knowing what they are walking into.

  2. Evening schedule

    Visits run in the evening after close. Anything scheduled after 11pm is billed at a 1.5x rate.

  3. Standard visit scope

    The crew wipes down furniture, mops floors, vacuums and dusts.

  4. Our supplies or yours

    We bring supplies and trash bags, and we are glad to use your own products if you prefer.

  5. Hourly, then contract

    The first visit is billed by the hour so we can see the space working. After that it moves to a fixed contract price for the agreed schedule.

Do you clean during business hours or after we close?

After you close. Visits run in the evening once the doors are shut, so the crew is not working around staff or customers. Jobs scheduled after 11pm are billed at a 1.5x night rate.

How is commercial cleaning priced?

The first visit is billed by the hour, because we have not seen the space working yet. After that, the job moves to a fixed contract price for your regular schedule, so later invoices do not move around.

Is there a minimum job size?

Yes, the minimum is $200 per visit. Keep that in mind for a small space, along with the 1.5x rate for anything scheduled after 11pm, so neither comes as a surprise on the invoice.

Do you clean medical offices?

Yes, as a standard cleaning. If the practice needs a specific product, you can supply it or tell us what to buy and use. Anything beyond a standard cleaning is a separate conversation before we take it on.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. Supplies and trash bags are ours. If your business prefers its own products, we are glad to use them instead; mention it when the manager calls before the first visit.

Is window or carpet cleaning part of a commercial visit?

No. Pressure washing, carpet cleaning and window cleaning are each their own service, booked separately. A standard commercial visit covers wiping down furniture, mopping floors, vacuuming and dusting.
