Move-out clean of a Laguna West rental

A family leaving a managed rental needed the home to pass a line-by-line inspection to recover the full deposit.

The challenge

Five years of tenancy: greased cabinet fronts above the range, carpeted stairs shaded with traffic wear, hard-water film on both upstairs showers, and a property-management checklist with 40 line items.

What we did

The crew eight hours on site: every cabinet and drawer cleaned inside, oven and refrigerator interiors, full descale of three bathrooms, window tracks and patio door channels, baseboards by hand, edge-to-edge floors.

The result

The management company signed off the inspection on the first pass and the deposit was returned in full.
