Post-remodel deep clean of a Land Park bungalow

A 1938 bungalow needed construction dust and grout haze removed after a kitchen remodel before the family moved back in.

The challenge

Fine drywall dust had settled in every room and inside cabinets, and the newly tiled backsplash had grout haze. The original oak floors could not be wet-mopped.

What we did

The crew nine hours on site: HEPA vacuuming of all surfaces including walls and cabinet interiors, dry-then-damp detail pass on woodwork, grout haze removal on the backsplash, descaling of both bathrooms, and a hardwood-safe finish on the oak floors.

The result

The family moved back in the same weekend; the post-clean walk-through checklist was signed off with zero re-clean items.
