Overflowing gutter above the front door in Citrus Heights

Cleared gutters and downspouts choked by mature trees, stopping the overflow that ran right past the front door.

The challenge

Mature trees around the house had filled the gutters with leaves, seeds and small branches. One downspout was partly blocked, so in the rain the water came over the edge of the gutter — right by the front entrance.

What we did

We cleared the plant debris out of the gutters, ran the downspouts clear and checked that water passed through properly afterwards. Everything we took down was bagged and taken off the property.

The result

Water runs the length of the gutters and away through the downspouts again. The overflow by the entrance is gone, and the ground around the house was left clean.
