The large sectional and the living-room carpet had collected what a busy family home collects: dust worked into the fibres, pet hair, tracked-in marks from shoes and a handful of household stains.

What we did

We inspected both materials first and tested our process on a small hidden patch of fabric before touching anything visible. The heaviest spots were treated first, then the sofa, its cushions and the carpet were cleaned through with professional extraction equipment.
