The challenge

The office needed regular cleaning without interrupting the workday — no crew walking through calls, visitors or the workday itself.

What we did

The crew comes in after staff have left, usually once a week or over the weekend. Each visit: trash and recycling out, desks and touch points wiped, the kitchen put back in order, restrooms cleaned and sanitized. Carpeted areas vacuumed, hard floors mopped, supplies restocked when the client keeps them on site. Papers, personal items and equipment stay where they are unless agreed otherwise. The deeper tasks — skirting, interior windows, glass partitions, upholstery — run periodically or as a separate extended visit.
