Rancho Murieta is a guard-gated golf community in the Sierra foothills, on the eastern side of Sacramento County. It has its own private airport, and instead of a traditional town center, the homes are laid out around the golf courses, with golf-cart paths connecting much of the community.
Three things shape how we work here:
- The gate. Every visit starts with entry cleared at the guard gate, so we confirm access with you ahead of time instead of sorting it out at the gatehouse.
- The oaks. The foothill setting drops more oak debris than the valley floor, and it ends up in gutters, on roofs, in window tracks and across patios.
- The drive. Rancho Murieta is about 25 miles, or 35–40 minutes, east of Sacramento.
Many homes are two-story and larger than a typical suburban house, often facing the course. Inside, that means more square footage and a staircase; outside, more patio and outdoor living space built around the view.
Dry-season dust arrives on top of the oak litter, so dusting and exterior surfaces both need more attention in the dry months. All of ZIP 95683 is in our regular service area.
