House cleaning in Sacramento with Expert Home Cleaners starts at $165 for a regular visit and $200 for a deep clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms nudge the starting price up from there: a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home starts at $235 for a regular visit and $270 for a deep clean. The condition of the home confirms the exact quote.

How is the starting price worked out?

One formula covers both services, so two homes of the same size always get the same starting number. Take the service base, add a step for each bedroom and bathroom past the first, then add whatever extras you ask for. That's the whole calculation.

ItemWhat it adds
Service baseHouse cleaning $165, deep cleaning $200
Bedrooms1: $0 · 2: $25 · 3: $50 · 4: $75 · 5 or more: $100
Bathrooms1: $0 · 2: $20 · 3: $40 · 4 or more: $60
Pets at home$15
Inside the oven$30
Inside the refrigerator$30
Windows$8 per window

What comes out is a starting estimate, not a final bill. You send a short request, a real person replies with a starting price the same business day, and the home's condition confirms the exact quote.

What does regular house cleaning cost in Sacramento by home size?

These are starting prices for a regular house cleaning visit, before pets or extras.

Bedrooms1 bath2 baths3 baths4+ baths
1$165$185$205$225
2$190$210$230$250
3$215$235$255$275
4$240$260$280$300
5+$265$285$305$325

For that price the crew covers the kitchen, bathrooms, dusting of open surfaces, floors, beds and trash. It's all worked from a room-by-room checklist, and the visit closes with a walk-through.

What does a deep clean cost by home size?

A deep clean uses the same steps on a $200 base. You get everything on the regular checklist, and then the work a regular visit leaves alone: baseboards and vent covers by hand, grout scrubbing, descaling of shower glass and fixtures, degreased cabinet fronts and ceiling fan blades.

Bedrooms1 bath2 baths3 baths4+ baths
1$200$220$240$260
2$225$245$265$285
3$250$270$290$310
4$275$295$315$335
5+$300$320$340$360

What raises the price above the table?

Five things, none of them hidden:

  • Pets. Fur and dander mean extra work on floors and along furniture edges, so a home with pets adds $15.
  • Appliance interiors. Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator are $30 each. Neither comes with a regular or deep clean by default, so ask if you want them.
  • Windows. Interior windows are $8 per window.
  • Condition. A home that has gone months without a professional clean simply takes longer. On a recurring plan, a first visit that needs extra time to bring the home up to a baseline is quoted separately.
  • Heavy grout buildup. Every deep clean includes grout scrubbing. Heavier buildup, though, adds hours.

Here's how it adds up in practice. A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a dog, booked for a regular visit with the oven and refrigerator added, starts at $165 + $50 + $20 + $15 + $30 + $30 = $310.

Is recurring cleaning cheaper than a one-time visit?

Yes.

Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans are all priced below the one-time rate, and later visits usually stay with the same crew, which is worth more than it sounds. If the home needs a reset first, that first visit is quoted on its own and the lower recurring rate applies after it.

What do other services start at?

Keep in mind that the bedroom-and-bathroom formula applies only to house cleaning and deep cleaning. The other services are priced from their own starting point once we know the job.

What do you pay when you book?

A $50 deposit per cleaner holds the booking, and it's applied to your total: part of the price, not an extra fee on top. Rescheduling is free with 48 hours' notice. And if something gets missed, tell us within 24 hours and the crew re-cleans it at no charge.

So count your bedrooms and bathrooms, find your cell in the table, and add pets or appliance interiors if they apply. That's the starting price the formula gives for your home. For the confirmed number, send a short note about the home through our contact page, and a person (not an auto-responder) will reply the same business day.
