Courtland sits on the Sacramento River in the Delta, about 30 minutes south of Sacramento. It was built around pear orchards that still operate today, and it remains a working farm town more than a residential suburb. Plenty of homes stand close to orchard rows and packing sheds rather than in a subdivision.
The setting shows up in nearly every cleaning job here:
- Orchard dust and blossom debris arrive with the seasons, on top of ordinary valley dust.
- The low-lying, levee-protected ground along the river adds humidity that drier inland towns don't have.
- Many homes are single-story farmhouses, with storage built for farm life as well as household goods.
- Older river-town houses near the water sit alongside newer construction set further back.
Commercial space follows the same pattern. It centers on pear-packing operations rather than offices or retail, and post-construction work in Courtland can mean an agricultural building as easily as a house.
Farm households also keep their own calendar. During harvest there is barely time to eat, let alone clean, so a deep clean once the season is over is a job we know well here.
All of ZIP 95615 is in our regular service area, from the homes by the river to the properties at the orchard edge.
