Storage in historic homes
Placerville's older houses were built before walk-in closets were standard, and their storage shows it: small original closets and storage rooms that fill up over years of ownership. In February 2026 we worked on exactly that in a historic Placerville home, where a storage room was so packed the owners could no longer find anything in it. We sorted it with them, put in shelving, packed what stayed into labeled boxes and hauled away what they chose to let go.
Newer construction usually has more built-in storage, and Camino's larger properties tend to have bigger garages to sort. Wherever the house is, what leaves is your decision, not ours.
Hours are agreed upfront and that is what gets billed. Shelving or bins are only bought with your sign-off and payment first.
