After a remodel in a tract home
Foothill Farms has been almost entirely built out since its original development, so ground-up construction is rare. When we get a post-construction call here, it is nearly always for a renovation of an existing single-story tract home.
That changes the job. Renovation dust spreads through rooms people are living in, onto furniture, fixtures and floors that were not part of the work. The first pass takes dust off every surface and films and stickers off any new glass or fixtures; a day later we come back over the floors, once the airborne dust has landed.
Hours are set by the size of the home and how heavy the dust load is, and on a modest single-story house both are easy to gauge.

We look at the size of the home and how heavy the dust load is, and a person replies with a starting price. Those two things set the number of hours.
