New builds and remodels, two floor passes
The first visit takes care of dust, films, stickers, glass and floors, and the crew returns a day later for the floors alone.
Sacramento's post-construction work splits fairly evenly between two kinds of job. One is ground-up new construction in Natomas, where the standard floor process applies on both passes. The other is renovation inside older Land Park and East Sacramento homes, where original hardwood is part of the property.
That second kind changes the floor work. Hardwood that can't be wet-mopped gets the dry-then-careful-damp approach the crews already use on pre-war floors, with hardwood-safe products on the first clean and on the next-day pass. A kitchen or bathroom remodel in a Curtis Park bungalow is also usually smaller than a full build, so it runs fewer hours at the same rate.
Remodels in Downtown or Midtown condos follow the building's rules: you arrange entry paperwork and the freight elevator, and the crew works within them. Jobs anywhere inside city limits carry no travel surcharge.

No. Hardwood that shouldn't be wet-mopped gets the dry-then-careful-damp treatment our crews use on original wood floors, on both the first clean and the next-day floor pass.
Is a renovation job priced differently than a full new-construction clean?
No, both are billed hourly based on home size and dust load. A smaller renovation usually means fewer hours than a full new build, but the method is the same.
Do you clean after condo renovations Downtown?
Yes. You arrange the building entry paperwork and freight elevator booking, and the crew works within the building's rules. The method and hourly billing are the same as for a house.
