Hookup time is the same whether we clean one room or four, so grouping rooms into one visit is the better value, especially for a home about 35-40 minutes from our base.
Lincoln's dry-season dust plays a part as well. Fine dust tracked in from patios and garages tends to work into carpet near entries and along the main walking lanes, and that soiling is what sets how long each area takes. Sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and mattresses are assessed the same way, by size and how soiled they are.
