Usually, yes. The price is set by carpet size and soiling, and we can generally fit it into a tenant turnaround; give us the move-out and move-in dates when you book. Month-end dates fill first.
Does a move-out clean include the carpets?
No. Move-out cleaning covers the rest of the home but not carpet shampooing or stain extraction. In Elk Grove rentals, carpet cleaning is often booked separately for the same turnover.
