That is why the price is built on volume and load type, not a flat rate per room. We quote after seeing photos or the space itself, and access matters: stairs, distance to parking and the size of the lot all change how the haul goes.
Sorting happens as we go. Usable items are set aside for donation, flagged items go to proper disposal and the rest is hauled. Leftover material from a custom build or renovation counts as construction debris, which is a dumpster-rental job rather than ours.
