New builds and tract remodels
Most of Rancho Cordova's active new construction is in Anatolia and Sunridge, in the southeast. Post-construction jobs there are whole new houses: dust on every surface, films and stickers on the glass and fixtures, and floors that need the second pass a day later. Because building continues on nearby lots, more dust keeps arriving from outside as well.
North of US-50 the work looks different. Lincoln Village, Larchmont and Stone Creek see few new builds and more renovation inside original-layout 1960s homes, a bathroom remodel for example. A remodel leaves the same dust and residue as new construction and gets the same two-pass treatment, usually in fewer hours.
The hourly rate fits that range. The size of the space and the weight of the dust load set the hours, rather than a flat price for every job.
