Auburn's commercial space comes in two kinds. Old Town's historic brick storefronts hold antique shops, cafes and galleries. The newer parts of the city have more conventional office and retail space.
The standard visit covers furniture, floors, vacuuming and dusting in both. What differs is what the space collects. Storefronts on Old Town's streets take foot traffic straight off the sidewalk, and in a foothill town that brings oak and pine debris in along with the dry-season dust, so entries and floors are where the time goes. A gallery or antique shop also has a lot of open surface to dust.
Visits run in the evening after close. Pressure washing a storefront, carpet cleaning and window cleaning are booked as separate services, which suits an Old Town shop that wants its brick front washed now and then. The minimum job is $200.

No. The standard commercial visit is the same regardless of the building's age or history, and it runs in the evening after you close so customers are gone.
Is there a minimum job size for a small Auburn storefront?
Yes. The minimum job is $200, the same as everywhere else we work, whether the space is a small Old Town shop or a larger office.
Can you wash the outside of our Old Town storefront too?
Yes, as a separate pressure washing booking. Commercial exteriors, including Old Town's older brick, are in scope, with pressure matched to the surface so the brick is not damaged.
