Elk Grove doesn't have a single downtown. Commercial space runs along the city's main retail and office strips, and it comes in two kinds: Old Town Elk Grove's older storefronts, and the newer retail and office buildings put up as the residential neighborhoods grew.
Both get the same evening visit after close, so the shop floor or office is ready by the next business day. An older building in Old Town doesn't change the scope. It can change how long a visit takes, which is why we look at the space before agreeing a schedule.
Window cleaning, pressure washing and carpet cleaning are not part of the commercial visit, but all three are services we run in Elk Grove and can be booked for the same building. A storefront can add its glass or the walkway out front as separate jobs.

Can you work around a retail store's open hours?
Yes. Visits run in the evening after close, so the store is ready for the next business day. That applies the same way to Old Town storefronts and the newer retail strips.
Can you also wash the walkway or windows of our Elk Grove shop?
Yes, as separate bookings. Pressure washing and window cleaning aren't part of the commercial visit, but both are services we offer in Elk Grove and can be scheduled for the same building.
