Evening visits after close cover furniture, floors, vacuuming and dusting.
Downtown and Midtown are Sacramento's commercial core: office towers, storefronts and street-level retail concentrated in a way the rest of the city isn't. High-rises there usually need building entry paperwork and a freight elevator booking, which the tenant arranges, and the crew then works within the building's rules.
Natomas and Arden-Arcade follow the suburban pattern instead, with office parks and strip-mall units, spread-out parking and simpler access. The visit is the same; the building-access step just drops away. Arden-Arcade sites east of Watt Avenue are served on the same routes as homes there.
Valley dust from June through September settles faster on sills and vents in offices as well as homes, so summer visits give those spots more attention. There is no travel surcharge for any site inside city limits.

Yes. Downtown high-rises usually require entry paperwork and a freight elevator booking. The tenant sets up access, and the crew works within the building's rules.
Our office is in an Arden-Arcade strip center. Does that change anything?
Not the service itself. A suburban office park or strip-mall unit in Arden-Arcade or Natomas gets the same standard visit, just without the high-rise access step.
Do you clean gyms and retail in Midtown?
Yes. Offices, retail and gyms are all covered on evening shifts after closing, from Midtown storefronts to Natomas strip centers. Downtown and Midtown high-rise sites need the tenant to arrange building entry first.
