Which Elk Grove neighborhoods do you serve? +
All of Elk Grove: Laguna, Laguna West, East Franklin, Franklin Reserve, Sheldon and Old Town. Rural addresses east of Grant Line Road are taken when the crew schedule allows — ask when requesting a quote.
Why do my window tracks fill up so fast here? +
Elk Grove sits against greenbelts and open fields, and spring pollen drifts straight into window and patio-door channels. During pollen season we treat track detailing as standard deep-clean scope, not an extra.
We have three bathrooms — does descaling all of them cost extra? +
It is priced into the quote, not added later: three-bathroom two-stories are the Elk Grove norm, so our local range already reflects the extra descale time.
How often should a home get a deep clean? +
For most homes, once or twice a year on top of regular maintenance cleaning. Homes with shedding pets, wood-burning fireplaces or nearby construction benefit from a shorter interval.
What is the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning? +
Regular cleaning maintains surfaces you touch and see every week. Deep cleaning goes after buildup: baseboards, vents, grout, descaling, light fixtures and the inside of the microwave. It takes noticeably longer and is scheduled with its own crew.
Do I need a deep clean before starting a recurring plan? +
Usually the first visit of a recurring plan covers it, quoted after we see or discuss the condition of the home. A separate deep clean first makes sense when the home has gone a year or more without professional cleaning.
Will grout that's permanently stained come back to its original color? +
Not always — if the color change looks permanent, we'll tell you before we start rather than promise a result we can't guarantee.
How much does grout cleaning add to a regular deep clean? +
It's priced as part of the deep clean — grout work takes extra hours, so a visit with serious grout cleaning costs more than a standard deep clean, not a separate line item.
