The homes are often larger, and the outside-facing entries, the mudroom and the back door used on the way to the paddock, carry the most dirt. Once the furniture is gone, the hay and dust that gathered in those corners are in plain view.
Vintage ranch homes here are mostly single-story, which keeps the work on one level, while manufactured homes on the same lots can be laid out differently. Both get the same checklist. Older bathrooms usually need the full descale on their original fixtures.
Garage interiors are not part of the move-out clean, but a garage sweep-out can be added. Rio Linda is just north of Sacramento, inside the core metro.
