Roseville window visits come in two kinds. In Sun City Roseville every window is on the ground floor, with no upper story to work around, so a visit there usually runs faster than a two-story home with the same window count. The family two-stories elsewhere in the city have upper glass the pole reaches from the ground, and that takes longer to work through.
West Roseville and the new builds around Fiddyment Farm add a different problem. Dust from active building sites settles on sills and in window tracks faster than in an established neighborhood, and in the dry months the tracks can be the dirtiest part of the window. Sun City and Morgan Creek are gated, so confirm your gate code or add us to the guest list before the visit. The crew needs access to an outdoor water tap; nothing else is needed from you.

We bring the water treatment unit; all we need from you is access to a water tap. Hot water is not needed.

The pole and brush work window by window from the ground, scrubbing and rinsing with filtered, softened water.

Glass, doors and screens are cleaned by hand, with a long pole and a damp cloth for anything high.
