Move In/Out Cleaning in Rescue

$55/hr per cleaner in Rescue — quoted up front. Starting at $375.

A move-out on one of Rescue's larger rural lots usually means more square footage to cover than a standard subdivision property in the more built-up parts of the county.
Move cleaning is different from a regular visit because the home is empty and the audience is different: a landlord with a checklist, a buyer doing a walk-through, or you, moving into a house someone else just left. We clean the surfaces that furniture normally hides and inspections always find: inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the oven and refrigerator, window tracks, baseboards, closet shelving and the floors under where appliances stood. For move-outs we work against the same kind of checklist a property manager uses, because that is what the deposit decision is based on. For move-ins we treat it as the one chance to clean the home while it is still empty — after the boxes arrive, half of these surfaces disappear for years.
Move-outs in Rescue cover more square footage than a standard subdivision property elsewhere in the county.

What Move In/Out Cleaning includes — and what it does not

  • Inside the oven and the refrigerator (included, not an add-on)
  • Window tracks, sills and interior glass within arm reach
  • Baseboards, door frames and switch plates by hand
  • Full bathroom descale: toilets, tubs, showers, fixtures
  • Floors edge-to-edge, including under appliance spots

Not included

  • Carpet shampooing and stain extraction
  • Wall washing and paint touch-ups
  • Exterior windows and garage interiors
  • Hauling away furniture or trash left behind
  • Repairs — we clean, we do not patch

Optional add-ons

  • Garage sweep-out

How we do Move In/Out Cleaning

  1. You send the address, square footage and the move date; you get a clear starting price, confirmed once we see the home.
  2. The home must be empty or boxed — we confirm access and utilities the day before.
  3. The crew works top-down, room by room: cabinets and appliances first, floors last.
  4. Kitchen and bathrooms get the inspection-grade pass: descaling, degreasing, tracks.
  5. You or your agent walk the home against the checklist before the crew leaves.

Safety and limits

  • Utilities must be on: hot water and power are required for oven and bathroom work.
  • Oven and descaling chemistry is ventilated and never mixed; products leave with the crew.

A family leaving a managed rental needed the home to pass a line-by-line inspection to recover the full deposit.

The crew eight hours on site: every cabinet and drawer cleaned inside, oven and refrigerator interiors, full descale of three bathrooms, window tracks and patio door channels, baseboards by hand, edge-to-edge floors.

Frequently asked questions

Does the home have to be empty?

Empty or at least boxed. We clean inside cabinets, closets and appliances — surfaces we physically cannot reach in a furnished, unpacked home. Utilities must still be on.

Are Rescue move-outs bigger jobs than in Cameron Park?

Often, yes — larger rural lots mean more square footage to cover.

Is inside the oven and fridge really included?

Yes. In move cleaning they are the point, not an add-on: they are the two items landlords and buyers check first.

Do you cover all of Rescue for move-outs?

Yes — all of Rescue is in our service area.

Do you guarantee my deposit back?

No one can honestly guarantee a deposit — it also depends on damage and paint. What we do is clean against the same kind of checklist property managers inspect with, and fix anything they flag on cleaning within 24 hours, free.

Do you cover Rescue's larger rural properties, not just standard lots?

Yes — all of Rescue is in our service area, including its larger, more spread-out rural properties.

Is Rescue part of your regular service area?

Yes — regular service, the same as anywhere else in the metro we work.
