Storage is the local variable. Homes in Broderick and Bryte are older and smaller, with original closets and cabinets that were not built for how people store things now. Sessions there focus on getting the most out of limited space: what stays, what goes and how the rest fits.
The newer riverfront and Triangle construction usually has more built-in storage, so the work shifts from squeezing to setting up a system across larger closets, the pantry and the garage.
Either way, decisions about what is donated or thrown out are yours. Hours are agreed upfront from the space and scope, and if bins or shelving would help, you sign off and pay before anything is bought. Nothing is purchased on a guess about how the space will be used.
