Price comes down to how much carpet there is and how soiled it is. Layout decides how the visit runs.
Most of the older, smaller homes in Broderick and Bryte are single-story, so the equipment stays at ground level and moves easily from room to room. Some of the newer construction near the riverfront and the Triangle is two-story, with carpet upstairs plus stairs and landings, which takes more time to set up and work through. The hookup takes the same time whatever the size of the job, so doing several rooms on one visit is better value than one room at a time.
Sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and mattresses can be done on the same visit. If you have a rug we haven't seen before, mention the material in your message so we can say whether our method suits it before booking.

Generally, yes. Most homes there are single-story, so there are no stairs to move equipment around, unlike some of the newer two-story riverfront construction. Price is still set by carpet size and soiling.
Do you clean upholstery in West Sacramento too?
Yes. Sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and mattresses are part of the service alongside carpet, and they can be done on the same visit, which saves a second hookup.
