A standard visit wipes down furniture, mops, vacuums and dusts, with our own supplies unless you prefer yours.

The age of a building doesn't change the scope of a visit, but it changes what the crew is working on. Small storefronts are common, and the same starting price applies to them as to larger offices.
Carpet cleaning, windows and pressure washing outside the storefront are booked separately.

No. The standard commercial visit is the same whatever the building's age. Citrus Heights' mostly older commercial stock doesn't change the scope, only how carefully older fixtures are handled.
Is there a minimum job size for a small storefront?
Commercial cleaning starts from $200, the same starting price as everywhere else we work, whatever the size of the space. The first visit is billed by the hour, then moves to a fixed contract price.
Can you come after 11pm if we close late?
Yes. Visits run in the evening after close, so a late-closing store on one of the Citrus Heights corridors is not a problem. Anything scheduled after 11pm is billed at 1.5x the rate.
