Commercial & Office Cleaning in Citrus Heights

This one is priced after we see the job — tell us what you need and we will come back with a number.

Starting at $200.

Citrus Heights' commercial stock is mostly older — retail strips and office space built alongside the city's 1960s-to-80s housing boom, along Sunrise Ranch and the city's main commercial corridors, rather than newer purpose-built office parks.
Commercial cleaning is a different kind of client from a house call — usually an office manager or business owner, not a homeowner, and the schedule looks different too. We take offices, retail stores, and gyms, working evenings after close and, when needed, after 11pm at a night rate. A standard visit covers wiping down furniture, mopping floors, vacuuming, and dusting — the core of keeping a commercial space presentable day to day. Pricing works in two stages: the first visit is billed by the hour, because we don't know the real scope of a space until we've worked it; after that, we move to a fixed contract price for an agreed recurring schedule. It's not a guess dressed up as a quote — we'd rather see the space working before naming a flat number. The minimum job is $200, and jobs scheduled after 11pm carry a 1.5x rate — both worth knowing before the invoice arrives, not after. We also take medical offices — treated as a standard cleaning. If a practice needs a specific product, you can supply it or tell us what to buy and use; anything beyond that is its own conversation. Supplies and trash bags are ours, and we're glad to work with your own products if you'd rather. Before the crew is ever sent out, a manager calls to go over the details of the space, so nobody shows up without knowing what they're walking into. Pressure washing, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning aren't part of a standard visit — each is its own service, booked separately: pressure washing, carpet & upholstery cleaning, window cleaning.
Citrus Heights' commercial properties are mostly older construction from the same era as the city's housing stock.

Neighborhoods we cover: Rusch Park, Arcade Creek, Birdcage Heights, Sylvan Old Auburn Road, Sunrise Ranch

Weekly after-hours office cleaning in Rancho Cordova

The office opens Monday morning already clean, and the cleaning never costs the company a working hour.

The crew comes in after staff have left, usually once a week or over the weekend. Each visit: trash and recycling out, desks and touch points wiped, the kitchen put back in order, restrooms cleaned and sanitized. Carpeted areas vacuumed, hard floors mopped, supplies restocked when the client keeps them on site. Papers, personal items and equipment stay where they are unless agreed otherwise. The deeper tasks — skirting, interior windows, glass partitions, upholstery — run periodically or as a separate extended visit.

Frequently asked questions

Do you clean during business hours or after we close?

After close — evenings, and after 11pm at a night rate.

My Citrus Heights home still has its original 1970s kitchen and bathroom. Is that a problem?

No — original kitchens and bathrooms are the norm here, not the exception. Our team uses trusted, surface-safe cleaning products, and before starting the cleaning our cleaners take photos of any existing damage or areas of concern, so older finishes have a clear record of their condition before work begins.

How is commercial cleaning priced?

The first visit is billed by the hour since we haven't seen the space yet. After that, we move to a fixed price for your regular schedule.

Our retail space near Sunrise Ranch is in an older building — do you handle that differently than a new office park?

No — the standard commercial visit is the same regardless of the building's age; Citrus Heights' mostly older commercial stock doesn't change the scope.

Is there a minimum job size?

Yes — $200 minimum per visit.

Is there a minimum job size for a small storefront?

Yes — $200 is the minimum job regardless of location, the same as everywhere else we work.
