A deep clean goes top-down through each room, fixtures and vents first and floors last, with grout, descaling and degreasing in the kitchen and bathrooms. Two local things make it longer in El Dorado Hills than in the valley.
The first is the tree line. Sitting closer to the foothills, the town gets more oak and pine debris, and the fine part of it ends up in vent covers, on ceiling fan blades and along window tracks. Months of that, plus dry-season dust, is what a deep clean here is really clearing.
