Dust comes off every surface on day one, films and stickers come off glass and fixtures, and we return a day later for the floors once the airborne dust has landed. El Dorado Hills sends us two different kinds of site.
Ground-up construction is concentrated in the newer planned sections like Malby Crossing. Those homes are closer-set and fairly uniform, so the hours are straightforward to estimate from the size of the house and how heavy the dust is.
In Crescent Ridge Village and Winterhaven Village, the work is more often a custom-home build or a renovation on a larger, established lot. Bigger homes over several levels mean more surfaces, more glass with protective film and more floor for the second pass. Where a job leaves debris behind, we haul it away if the site needs it.
