Organizing is a different kind of visit from a cleaning one — it runs on decisions, not just wiping surfaces, and most of those decisions stay yours. We put things back in order, sort what's there into some kind of system that makes sense for how you actually use the space — but what gets thrown away is your call, not ours. We don't clear out a closet and quietly toss what we think you don't need.
Closets, pantries, garages, and the rest of the house are all in scope — including the kitchen, where a cluttered fridge or a disorganized cabinet gets the same treatment as anywhere else.
If the space needs bins, baskets, or shelving to make the system work, we don't just show up with a trunk load and bill you for it afterward. Containers and organizers only get bought once we've agreed on what's needed and you've paid for them up front — no surprise charges for supplies you didn't sign off on.
Billing is by the hour, per person on-site — the same $60/hr the estimate names, per person. We agree on a scope and a number of hours up front — say, two people for five hours — and that's what gets billed: five hours each, at $60/hr per person, not a project estimate that moves around afterward.
