Overview
Tall glass and oak-dusted tracks
The standard visit covers glass, doors, screens and tracks inside and out, with exterior glass washed from the ground. In Rescue, three things shape the job.
First, the trees. Rescue's foothill setting puts more oak debris into window tracks and onto sills than in the valley cities, so tracks and runners carry more grit here. Second, size: the larger, lower-density lots tend to come with more window area per house than a subdivision home in Cameron Park or Shingle Springs. Third, height.
In April 2026 we cleaned the tall living-room windows of a Rescue house. The owner had given up on the upper panes, which could not be reached from inside or out, and the dust and spots showed whenever the sun came through. Water-fed poles reached the high glass from the ground, without tall ladders, and the windows came out clean top to bottom. For high or vaulted windows in Rescue, that is the approach we use.

Process
How we do Window Cleaning.
-
Starting price
In the estimate form message, tell us roughly how many windows you have and whether you want inside, outside or both. A person replies with a starting price, with the $220 visit minimum applied.
-
Water unit set up
We bring the water treatment unit; all we need from you is access to a water tap. Hot water is not needed.
-
Outside from the ground
The pole and brush work window by window from the ground, scrubbing and rinsing with filtered, softened water.
-
Inside by hand
Glass, doors and screens are cleaned by hand, with a long pole and a damp cloth for anything high.
-
Tracks last
Tracks and runners are done last, since that is where the dirt from the rest of the window ends up.

Local notes
Working in Rescue.
Rural foothill homes
Lower density and larger lots than Cameron Park or Shingle Springs. Homes sit further apart, with more yard and outbuildings around them.
More ground per visit
Spread-out lots add exterior surface to most jobs, and the oaks drop more debris than trees on the valley floor.
Oaks and dry dust
Oak debris arrives through the year here, and the dry season adds a layer of dust over it.

What clients say about Expert Home Cleaners.
The crew was right on time and did a thorough job, leaving everything in my place looking great and taking good care not to disturb anything. Marianna comes every Monday and turns our mess into a home—I wouldn’t give her up for the world.
Very excellent service. The team was on time and easy to reach, and they did a great job on the windows. Friendly crew all around.
The cleaner paid close attention to detail and made sure to focus on the specific areas I asked about. They were on time, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the process.
Alina cleans my house every two weeks and does an excellent job. Always. I appreciate the clear communication and consistency. Highly recommend!
My house is absolutely beautiful. I’ve had difficulty being able to clean it to the level that I’m used to and so to have her come in yesterday and just do everything perfectly put me at such a sense of ease I can’t recommend this service any higher
Such a lovely experience . I do not live in the city where the cleaning services were performed. Yaryna was kind, easy to communicate with, clear and responded promptly. The work was outstanding as seen via pictures. Highly recommended this company. Thank you!
Amazing Customer service and my house is perfectly clean! Could not recommend more!
Natalia showed up on time to our cleaning appointment. She was extremely respectful, soft demeanor, and very kind. It's always difficult trusting strangers in our homes, but I felt completely comfortable with having her here. She did an amazing job cleaning, and I will definitely request her return. Thank you so much!
The ladies were very friendly, patient, and hardworking! They did a great job and worked hard to get everything done. I really appreciate their effort and would definitely recommend them!

(279) 300-0830Does Rescue's foothill setting mean more window debris?
Yes. Oak debris from the foothills collects in Rescue window tracks and on sills more than in the valley cities, so tracks and runners carry more grit per visit.
Do you clean windows on Rescue's larger rural properties?
Yes. The water-fed pole reaches exterior glass from the ground the same way on any lot size, and all of Rescue is in our service area.
Can you reach tall or vaulted windows in Rescue?
Yes, from the ground. In April 2026 water-fed poles reached the upper panes of tall living-room windows in a Rescue house without tall ladders, and the glass came out clean top to bottom.
