Rescue's commercial space is small and scattered across its rural lots rather than concentrated in a business district.
Commercial cleaning is a different kind of client from a house call — usually an office manager or business owner, not a homeowner, and the schedule looks different too. We take offices, retail stores, and gyms, working evenings after close and, when needed, after 11pm at a night rate.
A standard visit covers wiping down furniture, mopping floors, vacuuming, and dusting — the core of keeping a commercial space presentable day to day. Pricing works in two stages: the first visit is billed by the hour, because we don't know the real scope of a space until we've worked it; after that, we move to a fixed contract price for an agreed recurring schedule. It's not a guess dressed up as a quote — we'd rather see the space working before naming a flat number.
The minimum job is $200, and jobs scheduled after 11pm carry a 1.5x rate — both worth knowing before the invoice arrives, not after.
We also take medical offices — treated as a standard cleaning. If a practice needs a specific product, you can supply it or tell us what to buy and use; anything beyond that is its own conversation.
Supplies and trash bags are ours, and we're glad to work with your own products if you'd rather. Before the crew is ever sent out, a manager calls to go over the details of the space, so nobody shows up without knowing what they're walking into.
Pressure washing, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning aren't part of a standard visit — each is its own service, booked separately: pressure washing, carpet & upholstery cleaning, window cleaning.
