It includes everything from our regular house cleaning and then goes after the buildup a maintenance clean never touches: baseboards and door frames, switch plates, vent covers, light fixtures, tile grout, the inside of the microwave, and the greasy film that settles on kitchen cabinet fronts. Bathrooms get descaled, not just wiped. Because we work at this level of detail, a deep clean takes noticeably longer than a regular visit, and we schedule it with its own dedicated crew so the work is never rushed.
Grout cleaning on its own is priced and booked the same way — as a deep clean. The method depends on what's actually in the joints: metal brushes for some buildup, specialized solutions for others, and which one we use is a judgment call made on the grout itself, not a fixed recipe. We work on any material. The one thing we won't promise: if grout has permanently changed color, we'll tell you before we start, not after — some staining doesn't come back to its original shade no matter the method.
