Carpet up the stairs
The master-planned two-stories in Empire Ranch, Broadstone and Natoma Station follow the same pattern as most newer homes in the region: an open kitchen and living area downstairs, carpeted bedrooms upstairs. Carrying the equipment up is routine, and the hookup takes the same time for one room or four.
American River Canyon is where it takes longer. Hillside homes there are multi-level, with more stairs than a standard two-story, so the equipment moves between more floors. Mention your layout when you book and we plan the visit around it.
Folsom Ranch new builds sit at the other extreme. Carpet that has barely been walked on usually makes for a lighter, quicker job, though homes beside active construction do pick up dust underfoot. Sofas, armchairs, dining chairs and mattresses can go on the same visit.

It can. Moving the equipment between more levels than a standard two-story takes longer, so mention your layout when you book and we plan the visit around it.
We just moved into a new build in Folsom Ranch. Is a first carpet clean really necessary this early?
Not urgently. New carpet that has barely been walked on does not need much yet, though some owners still book a first clean to protect the warranty or start from a clean baseline.
What do you need from us on the day?
Water and power at the property. The equipment is ours and runs on both, so confirm they are on, which is worth checking in a Folsom Ranch home that has only just closed.
