From Sutter Street to new offices
Folsom's commercial buildings split the same way its housing does. Historic Folsom keeps older storefronts along Sutter Street. Broadstone and Empire Ranch have suburban office and retail centers. Folsom Ranch's build-out is bringing newer retail and office space online south of US-50.
The visit itself is the same in all three: furniture wiped down, floors mopped, vacuuming and dusting, done in the evening once the business has closed. What changes is the building. An older Sutter Street storefront has older surfaces to work around, while a new Folsom Ranch space can carry construction dust from the work still going on nearby.
Our crews come out from Sacramento, about 25 minutes along US-50, so evening visits in Folsom are scheduled around that drive.
