Most clients start with a first visit that brings the home to a baseline, then move to a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly plan at a lower rate per visit. The first visit goes to the nearest available crew; later visits usually stay with the same one.

In Downtown and Midtown high-rises, you arrange access with the front desk or a guest pass, the crew follows the building's visitor rules, and any paid parking is added to the visit. Homes east of Watt Avenue are covered on our Arden-Arcade routes, and nothing is added for travel inside city limits.

From June through September, valley dust and heat load window sills and vents faster, so summer visits give them more time. In ragweed season, allergy-sensitive households get HEPA vacuuming by default. Compare regular and deep cleaning if you're not sure which visit fits.

Yes. Weekly and bi-weekly plans cost less per visit than one-time cleans. If the home needs bringing up to a baseline first, that first visit is quoted separately.
