House Cleaning in Sacramento

$55/hr per cleaner in Sacramento — quoted up front. Starting at $165.

Sacramento homes don't fit one template. One week it's a Midtown condo, the next a 1940s Land Park bungalow with original hardwood that must never see a wet mop. We plan for that. Crews carry hardwood-safe products alongside the standard kit, and pre-war floors get dry dusting by default. If you're downtown, tell us how your building handles visitors — the crew follows your building's rules.
Our house cleaning service covers the whole home on a room-by-room checklist, so nothing depends on how a particular cleaner feels that day. Kitchens get counters, sinks, stovetops and appliance exteriors; bathrooms get toilets, tubs, showers and mirrors; living areas and bedrooms get dusting, surface wipe-downs, vacuuming and mopping throughout. Most clients start with a first-visit clean to bring the home up to our baseline, then switch to a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule at a lower recurring rate. The first visit goes to whichever crew is nearest and free that day; after that the same crew usually stays with your home on a regular schedule. Every visit ends with a walk-through against the checklist, so you always know exactly what was done before the crew leaves your home.
In downtown and Midtown buildings the crew works within your building's visitor rules — set up access (front desk, guest pass) and we take it from there. For pre-war homes we default to dry dusting and hardwood-safe products on original floors.

Neighborhoods we cover: Midtown, East Sacramento, Land Park, Natomas, Pocket-Greenhaven, Tahoe Park, Curtis Park, Arden-Arcade

Same-week slots in most central neighborhoods; next-day is realistic outside the end-of-month rush.

How we do House Cleaning

  1. You get a clear starting price based on bedrooms, bathrooms and home condition; the exact quote is confirmed once we see the home.
  2. We confirm the visit window the day before and text when the team is on the way.
  3. The team works through the room-by-room checklist, kitchen and bathrooms first.
  4. A lead cleaner does the final walk-through and photographs the finished rooms.
  5. You review the result; anything missed is re-cleaned within 24 hours at no charge.

Safety and limits

  • We use pH-neutral, EPA Safer Choice products by default; harsher chemistry only with your explicit OK.
  • Cleaners are background-checked and covered by general liability insurance ($1M per occurrence).

Post-remodel deep clean of a Land Park bungalow

After photo — Post-remodel deep clean of a Land Park bungalow

A 1938 bungalow needed construction dust and grout haze removed after a kitchen remodel before the family moved back in.

The crew nine hours on site: HEPA vacuuming of all surfaces including walls and cabinet interiors, dry-then-damp detail pass on woodwork, grout haze removal on the backsplash, descaling of both bathrooms, and a hardwood-safe finish on the oak floors.

Frequently asked questions

Is recurring cleaning cheaper than one-time visits?

Yes. Weekly and bi-weekly plans are priced below the one-time rate because the home stays at baseline between visits. The first visit is quoted separately if the home needs to be brought up to that baseline.

Can you clean homes with original hardwood floors?

Our team uses trusted, surface-safe cleaning products. Before starting the cleaning, our cleaners also take photos of any existing damage or areas of concern so there is a clear record of the condition before work begins.

Which Sacramento neighborhoods do you serve?

All of Sacramento proper: Downtown, Midtown, East Sacramento, Land Park, Curtis Park, Tahoe Park, Natomas and Pocket-Greenhaven, plus Arden-Arcade east of the city line. If your ZIP code is not listed on this page, ask — routes grow with demand.

Will the same team come every time?

Who comes the first time is down to the schedule — whichever crew is nearest and free that day. After that, if the visit went well, that crew usually stays with your home. It is how we plan the rota rather than a promise we can put in writing: holidays and sick days happen. Whoever comes works from the same room-by-room checklist and your notes on file.

Do you work in downtown and Midtown high-rise buildings?

Yes, downtown and Midtown high-rises are part of our regular routes. Building access is on your side: meet the crew, leave a guest pass, or authorize us with the front desk. Where parking is paid, the parking cost is added to the visit. Tell us your building's rules and the crew works within them.

Are you insured, and are cleaners background-checked?

Yes. The company carries general liability insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence), and every cleaner passes a background check before their first solo visit. Damage claims reported within 48 hours are documented and resolved by the office, not the crew.
