Downtown and Midtown hold Sacramento's highest concentration of condos, and condo turnovers are the quickest kind: fewer rooms and less floor to vacuum and mop between guests. Those buildings may also have entry and elevator rules, which you set up with the front desk so the crew can get in on turnover day.
Land Park and East Sacramento single-family listings take longer, with more rooms and more surface area to reset. Older homes there often have original hardwood, which gets hardwood-safe products rather than a wet mop. Natomas's newer construction falls between the two.
From June through September, valley dust loads sills and vents faster, so summer turnovers spend a little longer on dusting. Every listing inside city limits is reached without a travel surcharge.

No. Pricing is per project and based on the space, so a Midtown or Downtown condo turnover is usually quicker and costs less than a larger Land Park or East Sacramento house.
Do you supply the linens for guest turnovers?
No, you do. Beds are changed with the linens and supplies already on site, not something the crew brings, so keep a spare set in the unit between guests.
Do you turn over listings in Natomas?
Yes. Natomas's newer houses take longer than a Downtown condo but less than an older Land Park or East Sacramento home, and there's no travel surcharge to get there inside city limits.
