Folsom Ranch, south of US-50, is still the most active construction zone in the metro, and most of our post-construction work in Folsom comes from new homes there rather than from renovations.
A new build needs everything done at once: dust off every surface, protective films and stickers off the glass and fixtures, windows cleaned. The next-day floor pass matters more here than almost anywhere. Builder traffic keeps moving through the neighborhood, so dust that was still in the air on day one has landed by the next morning.
North of the highway, Empire Ranch, Broadstone and Natoma Station are finished neighborhoods, and Historic Folsom near Sutter Street is the oldest part of town. There the service is usually tied to a renovation, where the dust spreads through a lived-in home rather than an empty one.
