Turnovers from Folsom Ranch to the canyon
Folsom Ranch's new construction tends toward simpler, more open layouts than older homes in the region. Fewer awkward corners and built-ins mean a more predictable turnover, which helps when check-out and check-in fall on the same day.
American River Canyon's hillside homes are the opposite. More square footage and more levels mean more beds, baths and stairs to cover in the same window between guests, so we plan those turnovers with more time.
Historic Folsom's small stock of older cottages near Sutter Street falls in between: smaller than the canyon homes, but older and less uniform than a new build. Two-story homes in Empire Ranch and Broadstone sit close to the Folsom Ranch end, with bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen below.

Generally, yes. More square footage and more levels mean more to cover in the same window than a simpler Folsom Ranch layout, so tell us the layout when you set up the schedule.
Do you check the fridge and cabinets between guests, or just the visible mess?
Both. Leftover food and guest items are cleared out and the fridge is checked for anything left behind on every turnover, in any Folsom neighborhood.
What if a Folsom guest leaves a party-level mess?
